Seems that top price is $25, but I really can't say. This would depend on condition, and circulation. Only a coin dealer can tell you for sure. Choose a well known one, they are well-informed, and won't cheat you.

It would depend on its condition. For VG-8, which means very good, it is worth about a buck. The mintage was 87,374,704 Coins. There is a book published every year an sells for about $10, The Official Blue Book Handbook of United States Coins 2010. Its really hard to say without seeing the coin.
