Caring for a shitzu is a lot like caring for any other breed. They need to be fed daily, have fresh water available, be exercised daily, get medical care when they need it, and get plenty of attention. Shitzus were originally bred to be lap dogs, so they would be good companion dogs for someone who is looking for that.

A shiatsu is a high maintainence dog. You can bring them to a dog salon so that they can have their coats brushed and washed, also keep their nails trimmed nicely, they are not that big so feeding them should be easy

Shih tzus have difficult hair and skin. You need to brush their hair daily and keep them groomed, you also need to use hydrocortisone spray daily for their itchy skin.

They are pretty much like all dogs just make sure you dont leave anything point in their reach they are bigged eyed and they will run into it.
