How much liquid chlorophyll should I take?

It doesn't take too much to reap the benefits. Maybe one or two teaspoons in a day whenever you feel like you need it. Chlorophyll is good for many things, including bad breath, body odor, as a blood purifier, the liver, and energy. Personally I just take it for the vitamins. It's one of only 3 herbs with vitamin D.

Liquid chlorophyll aids in many of the bodies functions by removing toxins. This can improve digestion and circulation, as well as increase energy. One teaspoon may be diluted in one cup of water. Cramping and diarrhea are signs to reduce the amount being taken.
