A uterus can weigh anywhere from 80 grams (if you've never had children) up to 495 grams (if you have). Converted, a uterus usually weighs no more than a pound.

The weight of a uterus is going to vary based on many things. Some of the factors effecting the weight of the uterus include where you are in your cycle, if you have a build up of your endomentrum lining your uterus will be heavier than when you are shedding the lining.
