On average, it takes 62 days from conception to the labor day for a dog to have its puppies. If you don't know thhe conception date it could be sooner.

It's usually 63 days until she gives birth but you should know that the ideal time to separate a puppy from its mother is between 7,5-10 weeks. If the puppy is still staying with its mother 3 months after birth then the separation is going to be very difficult and the puppy may never fully adjust to the new household.

The gestation period for a dog is usually 9 weeks and once they go into labor they usually give birth within a few hours. Just make sure they are comfortable and it shouldn't be long at all.

Pregnancy in dogs lasts roughly two months, more specifically sixty to sixty four days. Dogs can become pregnant as early as their first heat, which usually happens at four to six months of age. If you do not want your dog to get pregnant you should take her to a veterinarian to be spayed.

The typical length of gestation for a dog is about 9 weeks or 63 - 65 days from conception. But just like with people this only a general time frame. A dog can go in to labor and deliver a healthy litter a couple days earlier or a couple of days latter then that.
