This type of injury takes a long time to heal, because you are walking on your feel. The best think to do is go to a foot doctor and get a foot stablizer, so it will take some of the pressure off your foot when you walk. Mine took 3 months and I babied it.

Sprained tendons take some time to heal. With the proper care and following doctors orders you can expect to be immobile for six weeks and then have an additional six months of therapy. If after that it is still hurting surgery may be in order.

It depends on how bad the sprain is, but on average, I would say between 2-3 weeks (depend on how much rest you get).

Consult your physician. Follow prescribed ointment and / or medecines. Follow physiotheropy and exercises. Have xray if required. Take rest.
