With stakes and rope. If the canopy did not include any, then you can purchase them on your own. Drive stakes in to the ground, and throw a rope over the canopy and secure the rope to the stakes.

You secure outdoor canopies so they do not get blown away in the wind with proper ropes and stakes. Ropes and stakes will anchor the canopy so as to prevent them from blowing away.
