RCA Systemlink 3 universal remote programming, turn your device ON and follow these steps: Press and hold the Code Search button until the LED blinks, then release. Then LED will remain light. Press and release the device key to be programed. The Led should go off and then come back on. Press the ON/OFF button until your device turns off.
