Netball is an all female game a little like its counterpart, basketball. Unlike basket ball however it is essentially a passing game, dribbling and running with the ball are not allowed. Each player is only allowed one step with the ball and must release it within 3 seconds.

Netball is very similar to basketball, but it does not have any physical contact. The game begins by a center pass, and this will happen after someone scores. The players must be in their positions before the whistle is blown. It is simply a passing game.
