You should just do an internet search to see if you can find any in your area. You may need to go to a larger city in your area.

My instructor let me acquire my doshas through a healthy amount of classes before the final decision was made. It takes a bit of time with your mind and body before you can honestly create a solid foundation over what composes you; what doshas flows through your spirit and temple.

There is a quiz you can take which determines your dosha. There are three doshas. The quiz will show you your dominate dosha. The three doshas are Vata, Pitta and Kapha. There are charts once you find out your dosha which will tell you all about everything involving your dosha.

First you have to learn what the three doshas are. Then think of Vata dosha as a space of air. Take a quiz to figure what your own doshas are.

Everyone has three doshas: wind, bile, and phlegm. Look at your symptoms and what is bothering you, that will point to what is out of balance.

There are three doshas, which are present in each of us to varying degrees. The first dosha is "vata". Vata people are generally small/thin, creative, imaginative, and move and speak quickly. The second dosha is "pitta". "Pitta" people are intelligent, ambitious and fiery. The third dosha is "kapha". "Kapha" people are calm, healthy, strong, loyal, and compassionate.
