You change a baby boy's diaper the exact same way as you would a girl, except their is always the chance you could get peed in the face. Best piece of advice is to hurry up as quick as you can, or perhaps, hold something over the penis area of the baby.

Quickly... Seriously, take the diaper off, clean him and cover him with a wipe, towel etc... until you get the new diaper on.

Make sure you keep either his old diaper or a clean wipe covering him up, or he may spray you if he gets cold! Try to be quick.
