Rainforest orchids thrive in a daytime temperature of about 65 to 75 degrees F. They need about fifty-five to seventy-five percent humidity and they should not be watered too often.

Believe it or not but rainforest orchids are easy to care for as long as you notice of each Orchid's preferences. The preferences include humidity, light, and air, watering and feeding, temperature, and potting. keep humidity at 60% its very important. orchids usually dont like direct light and love the air its good to put a fan or open a window.

They require filtered sunlight and when you water them only moisten the dirt with the watering can then take a spray bottle and spray the leaves and plant really well because they are watered different than most plants.

First find out what kind of orchid you have and research it. Plant it in orchid potting medium (not dirt) in an orchid pot. Place in bright light but not direct sun. Water 1-2 times a week and let it drain completely - don't let it sit in water.

You first need to determine what kind you have. Some need lots of water and others need very little to survive.
