There are many pain management options. You can do painpills for a short time, stretching, or an alternative treatment such as acupuncture. See your doctor to rule out any major issues. Try to limit the amount of activity that places stress on the back.

It would depend on what is causing it. It could be serious enough for surgery, or minor that pain reliever will relieve it or a massage.

They will treat with heat and visits to the chiropractor. It is most often a joint, bone, or muscle issus and they need to figure out which one it is to treat.
