Dumb can be used as a slang to refer to something that is different or odd. Dumb can also be used to describe how intelligent a person's comments are. Dumb is a very subjective term and so ingrained in our language that its true meaning rarely surfaces.
Any stuff, software, website, question or television show is termed dumb when it is too easy to understand, too simple and too lame to get any fun from. Dumb sometimes simple means very stupidly potrayed.
