You must dig a trench below the frost line and next to the foundation. Then add about six inches of small gravel. Then install perforated drainage pipe, with the perforations facing downward. The cover the pipe with gravel and fill the remainder of the trench with soil.

You will need to install a liner to place around the perimeter drain. Then you will need to place cocking around the drain and place the drain inside and allow to dry.

You will need to make a trench on the bottom of the foundation, then you will need to fill with the concrete in order to hold the perimeter drain together.
