Take down the old chandelier, when you get up close to it you will be able to see what kind of tools you will need. Make sure you turn off the light switch. Your new chandelier should have directions with it telling you want tools you will need and how to install it.

Kill the power to the existing chandelier. Then remove the chandelier but leave the in ceiling mounting bracket so that you can install the new chandelier. Disconnect the wires, but make sure that there is enough wire from t he ceiling. Attach the new device wires and then mount the chandelier. Turn on the power and check your work.

If you haven't done electrical work before, start with a smaller project like replacing a wall sconce, because everything is 10x more difficult on a ladder. The only significant difference between a wall sconce and a chandelier is making sure that, if the replacement chandelier is significantly heavier, you can add bracing between the rafters to support the extra weight.

Pretty simple, uninstall the current one and follow the same steps in reverse order. Shut down the breaker, match same color cables and have a spotter on the ground.

You would get an electrician that is license, to take the old one down first, and put your new one up that you purchased.

To replacing a chandelier you have to find how heavy is the new one.If it is to the same weight then you haven't to vhange the junction box.Select the extant chandelier and flip the box until the chander go away.Try the switches circuit with the voltage tester.Start the installation the new chandelier.Attach the mounting stap to the box.Connect the candles
