The most humane way to deal with prairie dogs is to hire an animal removal specialist to relocate the prairie dogs. Before you hire them, insure that they will in fact relocate the animals and not exterminate them, as some choose to poison them. It is much more kind to simply allow the prairie dogs to be moved.

You should definitely try humane trapping and relocation first. I realize it must be frustrating to deal with, but it's not the animals' fault that humans are increasingly encroaching on their wild spaces, and they are just doing what comes naturally to them.

There are many ways to get rid of prairie dogs, but it depends if you want to hurt these animals or not. I'm guessing you don't, so the use of poisons and explosives would not be wise choices. You can use animal repellents such as Nature's Defense. You can also use humane traps. It's not easy!

Im guesing you mean rid of... Thus I would suggest getting in some dogs of your own. This is the most humane way, and the prairie dogs will be detered by your guard dogs. These animals are very territorial. The other option is to shoot them or poison them but this is a little controversial.

To get rid of prairie dogs you could poison them, but that is a real drastic way to go about it. Make for yourself an animal or a lager predator to scare them out of your yard, like a dog or cat.

if they are causing problems to your home you can call a company who will come out nd bomb the area with a special device to make them all die,but this would lose the lives of many prairie dogs so if they are doing no harm just let them be
