Getting rid of cat dandruff is a manifold process. First off, brush your cat's fur daily with a fine-toothed comb like the Furminator. If the air in your home is too dry you can use humidifier to add moister to the air. If the air is fine you should check to make sure it is really dandruff not parasites. If it is dandruff you can consider bathing your cat in human dandruff shampoo.
