A customer service person is someone who is in a service role - they are there to help other people with problems or concerns. This person can work in many fields such as retail, electronics, or other jobs. They answer questions and field concerns; they try to solve problems for the customer.

Specifically list the core duties of the position such as answering phone calls, researching questions, processing paperwork, meeting with clients, maintaining continuing education if the position requires it, expected time frames to handle certain duties, include names of specific computer programs used i. e. Word, Excel, Quickbooks.
