To become a dolphin trainer, first you need experience with animals. Volunteer somewhere with animals -- an animal shelter, etc. -- to gain experience. Also, consider taking some biology courses, if you don't have any biology experience. Then, you can try to get a job as a volunteer/assistant at a marine mammals park to gain more experience.

One thing you should do is volunteer at your local zoo or aquarium. they are always looking for people during summer months. Also, go online and find out what internships SeaWorld have available. If you are in school,go to your campus advisor and check out all the programs.
