I have been diagnosed with a couple forms of arthritis and from experience, I can tell you that there isn't one perfect treatment. However, I swear by moist heat therapy. You know those bean bag looking things that you pop in the microwave? Buy some!!

Stiffness can be helped with ibuprofen, conservative use of knee braces, and losing weight by doing water exercises to take stress off the knees and increase mobility of the joints.

The best way to treat stiffness in your joints is to consult your doctor. You may have early stages of arthritis. Catching these things early can help treat you now but slow done or prevent future problems.

To ease stiffness try soaking in a bath of warm epsom salt and see if that helps. If this is on going talk with your doctor it could be serious.
