How can I have the executor of my parents' wills removed?

If your parents are deceased and the executor has assumed responsibility for the details of the wills, you must file in court to have the executor removed, which requires sufficient reason and evidence. The thinking is that the executor was appointed with good reason.

The only ways to remove an executor is to prove they are not doing the job (such as not disbursing property in a timely manner) or abusing their role (keeping choice items for themselves instead of distributing per parents' wishes) or fraud (over-charging for services).
