Use a clean and well ventilated oven. A clean oven is important since we do not want contaminants contained in fumes to be deposited onto solderable surfaces. Ventilation is important since we want to evacuate harmful fumes and moisture forced from the board out of the oven. A calibrated over with good temperature control is a must.

If you have a ESD strap and a ground, use it. Separate every item carefully, trying not to loose anything. Let the items air dry. Be sure that everything is dry before you put it back together and apply power. Even if you did everything right, there is still a chance of it not working. Good luck.

Shake the board gently to remove most of the water, not so hard as to dislodge any parts. Then blow warm air on the board with a hair dryer.

The best way is to leavi it in a warm but not too hot environment, too high a temperature could destroy some electrical components, an airing cupboard should work well.
