Raw honey is not only delicious but is loaded with B vitamins. It can also be used as a topical salve for wounds and burns. Beeswax mixed with olive oil is known to help ease dermatitis. And, bee pollen, when ingested, can increase energy levels. It has also been known to ease back pain and seasonal allergies.
