For the most part honey is naturally flavored. There may be certain companies that alter the flavor by adding flavoring but you can check by reading the label. Honey from different areas will have a differently taste. It depends on what exactly the bees eat. Honey harvest from new orange orchards will have a slight orange taste.

Honey is an all natural product. Flavor is not put into the honey. There are different types of honey depending on where the bees collected the pollen to make the honey. Flavors may vary depending on what kind of pollen was used in the making of the particular honey. Bees in a certain area will use pollen from certain plants.

Most often the flavor of honey comes from the type of flower the honeybees feed from. But it is possible to add fruit flavors to honey by adding fresh or frozen ingredient, then storing it in the refrigerator or freezer. This might come out creamy.
