Does flaxseed oil come in tablets?

Answer by  Britt (453)

No, flaxseed oil cannot be de-hydrated, so it cannot come in tablet form. It does however come in gel capsule form. Or you can just eat the seeds themselves.

Flaxseed oil comes in capsule form. You can also use the alternative which is actual flax seeds and sprinkle it on anything from a salad to oatmeal.

Flaxseed oil cannot be dehydrated, so it does not come in tablets. You can find it in softgel capsules though, which is easier to take than straight oil.

Yes, it does. A lot of different companies make and market it. It's a lot easier to take than the liquid oil, though liquid is better if you're body building because it absorbs faster. Your best bet is to go to GNC and ask someone that works there for the best form for you.

No it does not, as it is a oil and insoluble in large amounts in any solid. You can, however, find it in gelcaps or just in straight bottles at a health food store.
