Does a longevity calculator take any outside influences into effect?

It does not. For example, a situation where the whole world getting eaten up by a giant mutant bug is something a longevity calculator may not be prepared for:) Another possible, much more realistic scenario, for a longevity calculators for humans is global warming, which is not so "outside" anymore

Yes often times longesvity calculators take into effect things like household income and education history, both of these correlate to longer longevity.

The answer to this question does obviously depend on which calculator you are using. Some calculators are very quick (less than 1 minute) surveys that assume various things. The only ones I would recommend using are the long ones, that evaluate a lot of outside influences based on your answers.
