A common misconception is blackberries grow on trees, but they actually grow on bushes. A mulberry is often mistaken for a blackberry which do grow on trees. Make sure you know what kind of berry it is before you mix them in with your pie, or it may give you a surprise!

No they grow in high grass usually in patches. Be careful where ever you see the blackberries at there are usually snakes around that area also. It is usually near a body of water where you can find the blackberries.
