If you mean can you hook it up to a computer for that function no. Your phone has a speaker and a mic but your computer is lacking the software.

I do not think that you can use your phone as a speaker phone even though it has a speaker and a mic. I think that the speaker has to be set up as a microphone in order for it to work. I think that it is the way that the sound is routed.

Do you mean use it as an external microphone? I am not sure if this is possible, and it probably wouldn't sound all that great. The microphone in a cell phone is not very high quality. Your best bet would be to by a small external microphone.

Unless your phone has this particular feature you probably cannot do this. However you could use existing features to get the effect of a microphone. to do this you could record your sound bite and then play it back, adjusting the volume so it is louder. this in effect would amplify the sound bite.

In terms of recording audio most phones have a built in audio recorder. If, however, u want to use your phone as a microphone for, say a skype call or teamchat on a computer then its a no. The port to hook up to the computer isn't there.

Yes you can use your phone as a microphone, depending on what type of phone you have. For the iphone there is an app called megaphone that will convert your cell phone into a microphone. If your phone has a voice record feature, there is a demo of how to use it as a mike on youtube

i have tried this with a couple of phones and so far with no success, if the phone has an app (like iphone) or some function that allows this, then i guess you can with that specific phone but in general most phones don't have this.

The quality and range of the microphone in your phone would make it less than desirable as a regular microphone. I know of no phone that would allow you to use it as a microphone. Many full feature cell phones do come with voice recording software.

Yeah, you can. If there is a speaker and mic included then yes for sure. Just be sure to test it and see if it works out. And also in some laws, cell phone use is banned unless your using a head set, so be sure what the laws are when driving and what not.

No, there is no way you can actually do that. Unless of course you are a mad scientist that can turn the radiation from the phone into a closed environment. Good luck Chuck
