Yes, you can. The way to do is to mix a tea spoon of epsom salt with one quart of water and spray the plant.

epsom salt contained magnesium sulphate. Some tomotoes suffering from blossom end rootit is of lack of calcium in the soil,plants disability to draw calcium from the soil. thus we use epsom salt
