There is no quick fix to running faster, it takes training and preparation in order to pace yourself and build up your endurance. Having a good stretching routine before and after your run will enable you to take longer stride, which will allow you to cross more distance in the same amount of time.

There are many ways to improve your speed in track. Proper form is very important as many people lean too far back when they run. Running up hills or against resistance will train your muscles to work harder when there is no resistance. A strong core and flexibility can also contribute to an increase in speed.

There are several things that you can do. You can run sprints with a parachute on your back. This wll increase drag and you will have to work harder to run forward. You can also run on sand at a beach or in a swimming pool. These things will make your legs work and get stronger.
