Well you probley should not be trying to breed baby fish> They need to be a certain age or maturity depending on the type of fish. Once you do that yes you can make money. ,

You can make money selling them to a pet store, you won't make a lot of money doing this though.

I would imagine if you lived in a particular area with a lot of private ponds you could. However it is difficult to get wild fish to reproduce in captivity.
