If you have males and females together in a tank, feed them nutritious food like bloodworms and brine shrimp. Make sure you have a heater to keep the water warm enough, at least 78 degrees. They will have live fry about once a month all on their own.

Put the male and female together and they should breed easily if conditions are right. Babies are born live and must be removed so the parents won't eat them.

Use a fish tank over 20 gallons. Add a small amount of aquarium sea salt daily to your tank. Make sure you use dried blood worms as your food for the female. Following that, your molly should start releasing babies after roughly a month, and will continue to do so.

If you want to have a few baby's you'll need a pair (1 male/1 female) or a trio(2 males/1 female)You can tell female's due to their fan shaped anal fin. Where as the males is more elongated.

If you have a female molly fish you are lucky because usually when you bring them from the pet shop they're already pregnant. They give birth every month
