Yes, I would need as much information as possible. Noises, driving issues, wasting gas, anything that you think would help me come to a conclusion.

if you need help on getting it running first check to see is all your spark plugs are working and then make sure your fuel pump is working and power is getting to your starter and everything else

If you will enter a specific make and model with engine size. A lot of automotive forums will then be able to give you some troubleshooting advice. Also list a detailed explanation of your problem.

Check over the body to see if it interferes with any parts. Make sure the fluids are in check and not leaking. Also make sure your car has proper fuel.
