Can you get acne on your genitals?

Technically, you can't get acne on your genitals. The condition is called Hidradenitis Suppurativa. It is actually an infection that gives you pimple like lesions around there. There are many different causes and cures for this condition. Consult a doctor so you can get the right treatment for you.

No I do not think that you can get acne on your genitals. First it may be razor burn from you shaving. It could also be an STD. There again it might just be like jock itch from sweating and be a heat rash in the area of your genitals.

The skin on your genitals is different from normal skin and doesn't get acne. You may want to get tested for an STD.

It is common to get acne and sists on and around your genitals. Its very oily down there and wearing boxers and underwear makes you sweat. When it all pools together in your pours it causes the acne. Make sure to wash all of your clothes and bed sheets.
