This could be any number of things: actual pimples caused from excess sweat, ingrown hairs as a result of shaving with a dull razor, or possibly an STI. It would probably be best to contact your doctor to find the exact cause and treatment options available.

These could be merely pimples; you can get pimples anywhere on your skin, not just your face. However, on the genitals, it is at least possible that they are the result of a venereal disease, such as genital warts. You should have them checked by a doctor right away.

Blockage of sweat glands can lead to pimple like eruptions on scrotum or vulva. It can also be a wart. Please keep your pubic area properly shaved and clean, wash it with soap and water regularly and if sweat gland has been blocked, drain sebum by squeezing the lesion.

They could be anything from razor burn, to sweat bumps (clogged pores), to a STI/STD. If you're experiencing an unusual rash and have had sexual contact I would make an appointment with your doctor.
