Some tuna as a treat occasionally would be fine, but you should not be feeding only tuna as it does not contain all the nutrients a cat needs in its diet. Canned tuna also often contains too much salt for cats to eat in large amounts. Keep in mind that feeding tuna could make your cat a picky eater

It would be better to feed kittens a high quality canned cat food rather than tuna. Cats need more nutrients than tuna alone can provide, and that's especially important for kittens.

You can only feed little bits of tuna fish to kittens if they are old enough to eat dry cat/kitten food.
