Get some kitten formula from a pet store immediately. It comes as powder in a can. You mix it with water and feed it to the kitten with a syringe or a pet feeding bottle. You can get a cheap plastic syringe at any pharmacy counter. Refer to mixing and feeding instructions on the can. Good luck!

DO NOT give cow's milk, as this is bad for cats. Get a bottle made for orphan animals or a syringe. Get some KMR, which is kitten milk replacement, made especially for young kittens. There are other brands as well. They are at pet stores. He must be feed every two to three hours around the clock.

Give it either goat's milk or KMR milk replacement formula, canned cat food, and/or kitten chow. Don't it give cows milk, they can not digest it.

Go to the supermarket or pet store and buy mothers milk and give it to the kitten 6 times a day. It is not to expensive and has all the nutritional value a kitten needs.

I would suggested buying from the supermarket some goat's milk it is located in the dairy aisle. It is less expensive then it you would go into a local pets store and buy the formula. Warm up the milk and feed with a bottle. Good luck!
