Can migraines be associated with muscle twitching?

I have migraines and muscle twitching.

Yes they can be intertwined. Some migrane sufferers also experience epileptic type seizures. Migranes are still not fully understood, but seem to affect several of the senses and their associated neural pathways. Muscle spasms, sensitivity to light and sound, smell and taste issues are all nervous system disturbances possible to experience during a migrane.

Yes, your twitching can be directly related to your migrane. However, there can be other causes for the twitching such as medications you take or an underlying health condition.

Migraines cannot be associated with muscle twitching. Muscle twitching happens in muscles when there is physiological changes in the muscles. Migraines should be treated soon by drugs. If untreated it will cause more problems.
