What could be causing a headache, eye-twitching, and low-grade fever for over a week?

I've suffered from migraines for a long time, and this headache is nothing like a migraine. It's just there all the time, when I wake up, when I go to sleep. It's not allergies and Advil/Tylenol/Motrin will only alleviate it for a couple of hours.

Fever is symptomatic of an infection. In combination with the headache, you could have a spinal or brain infection, and you should see a physician.

You might have a serious problem. I recommend that you get to an emergency room immediately, tell them your symptoms, and get some treatment. Time is critical, so get checked immediately.

The eye-twitching and headache can be anything from low blood sugar to simple fatigue. A fever could be the result of infection from the drop in blood sugar or fatigue.

This is a condition that only your doctor can diagnose. You cannot ignore these symptoms, especially if pain medication is not helping the headaches and they are not migraine related.

You could have low blood pressure or your sugar could be low. You need to eat something and that should make you feel better.

You may have a brain tumor, and I want to make it clear that I am not trying to scare you. I would call your doctor ASAP.

When people run a fever, it's the bodys way of telling you that there is some kind of infection that your body is battling. Running a fever for that long period of time is not good for your body, and you need to visit your doctor as soon as possible so they can determine what is going on with you.

Susana, I have been having the same symptoms for almost two weeks now and have been to the doctor twice with no definitive diagnosis. Did you ever get a diagnosis?
