Can I take a Tylenol after I took a Xanax?

Yes you can.But it can cause drowsiness when taken together.This effect can be minimize by using low dose if these are taken at midnight.

Tylenol or acetaminophen has relatively few side effects and relatively few interactions with any other prescription drugs. Tylenol should not be taken in combination with other acetaminophen containing drugs such as Loretab or Percocet. Tylenol with Xanax has no known contraindications.
