More likely, your cold sores are a result of your rash. Cold sores are an internal virus that you carry, when your immune system is compromised, you will sometimes have cold sores as a result. Your rash probably caused this to happen and as a result, you have cold sores.

Yes, cold sore are form of the herpes virus (simplex 1) and viruses often cause rashes. The rash may be on the lip or face, also caused by the virus. If may also appear on other parts of the body such as the trunk, back, legs or arms. It may also be on the neck.

Yes you can get with cold sores. Cold sores develops on a person whose skin remains dry. This happens specially in cold atmosphere. It is due to lack of water in our body. Best prevention is to apply suitable cold cream.

It is possible, especially if you are using any medication that may dry or irritate the skin. See a doctor cause a rash can be a sign of infection.
