Of course, but moderation in all things. Diabetics are at greater risk for heart disease so low saturated fat options should occur with more frequency.

Red meat is low sugar but high fat for diabetics. This is a consideration when thinking about dietary ideals or moderation. It may be a short term sloution to less sugar but alternatives would be less risk for the heart.

Absolutely! Carbohydrates (sugar, starches, etc) are what affect blood sugar, and red meat consists of protein and fat. It will have very little impact on blood sugar levels.

I am diabetic and I do not have a problem eating Red Meat. Diabetics need to regulate their meals and not consume too many sugars or carbohydrates. Good luck!
