You can get Chlamydia of the eye. It is quite uncommon in the US, but can be treated with erythromycin or tetracycline, which can be prescribed by a doctor.

Yes if you have caught chlamydia or have been exposed to it, the infection can spread to your eye. You will need to see your doctor for treatment.

You can spread this type of infection to your eye. It is spread through sexual contact, but touching the contaminated genitals and then touching your eye area can spread it. To get rid of the infection you need to see a doctor and he/she will likely prescribe an antibiotic.
