There is no ingredient in Flintstones multivitamins that is inherently safe for children and dangerous for adults, so you won't do any harm. It would more effective and beneficial for you to take a vitamin with an adult formulation, however.

Yes, adults can take Flintstones vitamins. They would benefit more from taking a multivitamin made for an adult, but will not be harmed by children's vitamins.
