I had a puppy who died from parvo. it was 1,5 month old. i took him from volunteers who specializes in animal sheltering. My dog had a brothers who died at the same day, but in other location. no medical threatment helped. They could get this disease from their mother, but not while pregnant. my answer is no.

A puppy can be born with parvo. However most puppy are not born with it they actually contract it most of the time after they are born. It is best to give puppies a vaccine to help make them immune from parvo. The shot does not guarantee against it.

No, a puppy cannot be born with parvo because the mother's immunity will protect it at birth and for a few weeks.
