Are miniature pit bulls as mean as the standard size counterparts?

Miniature Pit Bulls, or what the American Kennel Club refers to as the American Pit Bull Terrier, unfortunately have a similar aggressive and territorial temperament as their standard size counterparts.

The miniature pit bulls are thought to be just as temperamental and aggressive as their standard size counterparts. However, in all fairness, these dogs are very loyal to their owners. They just have to be properly trained and by owning any type of pitbull, it puts extra responsibility on the owner. These dogs require a great deal of discipline.

Proper training, handeling, and love given to any dog can help them develope the temperment you are looking for. If you like min pins and are ready to devote time to training your new addition to your family you won't have to worry about an unstable temperment. From what I know of the breed they are high energy and loving.

They are not born mean they are trained to be mean you can get either size make sure you get them as a puppy and they will be a very good dog the rest of their lives raise it with love and gentleness and they will return the care to you that you gave to them.

Pit bulls are not mean natured, it is there owners who make them mean. Yes there back round is questionable. But most if not all are well natured dogs. They are very loyal but very protective.
