They are a good solid tile when properly installed, and will add not just a touch of elegance, but also durability to your bathroom. The bottom line here is what kind of budget you have. If you can afford them, yes they are worth it.

I personally would not do this, as it can easily get worn and moisture can affect this flooring, making it lose it's lustre. If you do choose to use it in the bathroom, make sure it is well sealed.
