Doxycycl HYC(hyclate) is a a prescribed antibiotic medication utilized for many types of bacterial infections that include amoebic dysentery, urinary tract infections, and Rocky Mountain spotted fever. It can also be prescribed for cases of severe acne along with other medications.

Doxycycline hyclate is affective in treating acne. My ob-gyn prescribed this after I gave birth to my son and my hormones were out of whack. It's effective because it slows down the growth of bacteria, which is what causes the acne. For me, I saw a difference in less than a week.

You can use Doxycycl HYC for severe acne. If you are using it you will want to be careful about being out in the sun, want to take it with a lot of liquid. Talk with your doctor before starting it.

Doxycycline hyclate is frequently used to treat acne. When taken by mouth, it is readily absorbed into the skin and can therefore be used to treat bacteria that causes acne. It is mose effective when taken every day.
