i have also heard that but I would defiantly suggest you use extreme caution when using any supplements because there might be unlisted side effect. Tell your doctor.
Red raspberry leaves have been found to be a productive herbal supplement for the control of uterine fibroid. Red raspberry will also help with nausea and heavy bleeding during menstrual cycles.
Red raspberry tea has many benefits, among them helping improve uterine muscle tone and reducing irregular bleeding. It has been used to treat fibroid, often in combination with other herbal supplements like red clover and ginseng. All of these herbs have very few side effects and can be used by most women.
While Red raspberry leaves have many benefits they have not been proven to either help or harm fibroids, always consult with your doctor before taking any medications.
Red raspberry leaves will serve as a natural iron supplement, helping to strengthen your uterine wall muscles. Stronger wall muscles mean it's harder for fibroids to grow. Three or four cups of tea made with raspberry leaves per day should help.
